Our conference theme
“Japan and Global Sustainability: Partnerships for a Shared Future”<\/b><\/p>

This theme examines how Japan contributes to global sustainability through institutional collaboration, technological innovation, and socio-cultural engagement. It highlights the importance of partnerships across governments, academia, civil society, and the private sector in addressing complex global challenges.<\/p>

We also invite participants to submit papers in the following areas, not limited to:<\/span><\/p>
Political Science and Social Sciences<\/td><\/tr>
Sociology and Anthropology<\/td><\/tr>
Language, Culture, and Literature<\/td><\/tr>
International Development<\/td><\/tr>
Environment, Climate Change, and Adaptation<\/td><\/tr>

Types of Submission for Individual Presenter<\/strong><\/p>

The JSAT Conference provides for submission types, including<\/p>

1. Full Paper Presentation<\/strong><\/p>

For researchers, lecturers, graduate students, and professionals presenting completed research papers.<\/p>

  • Review Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    All full papers will undergo peer review by appointed reviewers.<\/p>

    2. Abstract Presentation<\/strong><\/p>

    For research work in progress or preliminary studies.<\/p>

    • Screening Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      Abstract submissions will undergo screening by the organizing committee.<\/p>

      3. Poster Presentation<\/strong><\/p>

      Poster presenters are required to submit the final infographic\/poster design intended for presentation.<\/p>

      • Digital Poster Format<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

        To support environmentally responsible conference management and reduce travel burden, poster presentations will be displayed digitally via TV\/monitor presentation format instead of traditional printed standing posters.<\/p>

        • Screening Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

          Poster submissions will undergo screening by the organizing committee.<\/p>

          4.<\/b>\u00a0Panel Session<\/strong><\/p>

          The conference will also offer a panel session on contemporary issues related to Japan and global sustainability, featuring 3-5 papers.<\/p>

          • Screening Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

            Panel session submissions will undergo screening by the organizing committee.<\/p>
