1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
<\/strong>The abstract submission should include:<\/p>\n

  • Paper Title (maximum 20 words)<\/li>\n
  • Author(s) Information and Affiliation<\/li>\n
  • Abstract (200\u2013300 words)<\/li>\n
  • Keywords (3\u20135 keywords. *separate by using a comma)<\/li>\n
  • References (if necessary)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Abstract Formatting Requirements
    <\/strong>Authors must follow the abstract submission as follows;<\/p>\n

    • Abstract length: 200\u2013300 words<\/li>\n
    • Single paragraph format<\/li>\n
    • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt<\/li>\n
    • Line spacing: Single<\/li>\n
    • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides<\/li>\n
    • File format: .doc or .docx<\/li>\n
    •  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Full Paper Submission Guidelines
      <\/strong>The full paper manuscript should include the following sections:<\/p>\n

      • Paper Title (maximum 20 words)<\/li>\n
      • Author(s) Information and Affiliation<\/li>\n
      • Abstract (200\u2013300 words)<\/li>\n
      • Keywords (3\u20135 keywords, *separate by using a comma)<\/li>\n
      • Paper consists of 1) Introduction, 2) Literature Review, 3) Methodology, 4) Results, 5) Discussion, 6) Conclusion, and 7) References<\/li>\n
      • Approx. 15-20 pages including references<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Full Paper Formatting Requirements
        <\/strong>Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts according to the following formatting requirements:<\/p>\n

        • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt<\/li>\n
        • Line Spacing: Single or 1.25 spacing<\/li>\n
        • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides<\/li>\n
        • File Format: .doc or .docx<\/li>\n
        • Abstract Length: 200\u2013300 words<\/li>\n
        • Avoid figures, tables, and footnotes unless necessary<\/li>\n
        • References should be included only when essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3. Submission for A panel proposal
          <\/strong>The submission should include:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Panel title<\/li>\n
          • Brief panel description<\/li>\n
          • Names and affiliations of panel organizer(s)<\/li>\n
          • Tentative list of presenters and paper titles.<\/li>\n
          • Panel proposals may be submitted through the conference submission system as an individual paper. After submission, please send <\/b>the panel proposal template to the organizing committee directly via email, depending on the conference track (International: ic.jsat2026@mfu.ac.th \/ National: nc.jsat2026@mfu.ac.th. Subject Email: JSAT PANEL PROPOSAL<\/u><\/b>.<\/b><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Additional Note for Panel Proposal<\/strong>
              If authors would like their work to be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, the manuscript must follow the official Full Paper Submission Format and Template<\/strong> provided by the conference committee.<\/p>\n

              4. <\/strong>Poster Presentation Format
              <\/strong>Poster presentations should:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • Clearly display the paper title, author(s), and affiliation(s)<\/li>\n
              • Present the research in a visually clear and concise format<\/li>\n
              • Be understandable without extensive oral explanation<\/li>\n
              • Use readable font sizes and balanced visual organization<\/li>\n
              • Include figures, charts, and visuals where appropriate<\/li>\n
              • Avoid excessive text and overcrowded design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Poster Size and Layout
                <\/strong>Presenters are strongly encouraged to prepare posters in:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • A0 Landscape Format<\/li>\n
                • Recommended size: 118.9 cm \u00d7 84.1 cm<\/li>\n
                • Landscape orientation required<\/li>\n
                • Layout should be optimized for TV or monitor display compatibility<\/li>\n
                • 16:9 visual arrangement is recommended for better screen presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  File Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • File format: PDF, PNG, or JPG<\/li>\n
                  • Maximum file size: 20 MB<\/li>\n
                  • Recommended layout: A0 Landscape Format<\/li>\n
                  • Final submitted file must match the presentation version displayed during the conference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    5. Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Papers and presentations must use the same language.<\/li>\n
                    • Poster presentation submissions must be submitted in a final presentation infographic format.<\/li>\n
                    • Presentation schedules and session grouping will be arranged by the organizing committee.<\/li>\n
                    • Undergraduate (BA) presentation sessions will be arranged separately from graduate and faculty sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Participants are required to submit their abstract, proposal, and full paper through the conference submission system.
