Payment Policy
- Registration fees must be paid in advance.
- After a paper has been successfully submitted, the conference secretariat will issue an invoice and send it to the corresponding author via email within 2–3 working days.
- Participants are kindly requested to complete the payment immediately upon receiving the invoice.
- Papers will only be forwarded to the review process after payment has been received and verified.
- Failure to complete the payment within the specified period may result in the paper not being sent for peer review and being considered an incomplete submission.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases otherwise announced by the organizing committee.
- If you do not receive an invoice within 3 working days after paper submission, please contact the conference secretariat for assistance at email ic.jsat2026@mfu.ac.th (international track) or nc.jsat2026@mfu.ac.th (national track).
