1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
The abstract submission should include:
- Paper Title (maximum 20 words)
- Author(s) Information and Affiliation
- Abstract (200–300 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords. *separate by using a comma)
- References (if necessary)
Abstract Formatting Requirements
Authors must follow the abstract submission as follows;
- Abstract length: 200–300 words
- Single paragraph format
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: Single
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- File format: .doc or .docx
2. Full Paper Submission Guidelines
The full paper manuscript should include the following sections:
- Paper Title (maximum 20 words)
- Author(s) Information and Affiliation
- Abstract (200–300 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords, *separate by using a comma)
- Paper consists of 1) Introduction, 2) Literature Review, 3) Methodology, 4) Results, 5) Discussion, 6) Conclusion, and 7) References
- Approx. 15-20 pages including references
Full Paper Formatting Requirements
Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts according to the following formatting requirements:
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line Spacing: Single or 1.25 spacing
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- File Format: .doc or .docx
- Abstract Length: 200–300 words
- Avoid figures, tables, and footnotes unless necessary
- References should be included only when essential
3. Submission for A panel proposal
The submission should include:
- Panel title
- Brief panel description
- Names and affiliations of panel organizer(s)
- Tentative list of presenters and paper titles.
- Panel proposals may be submitted through the conference submission system as an individual paper. After submission, please send the panel proposal template to the organizing committee directly via email, depending on the conference track (International: ic.jsat2026@mfu.ac.th / National: nc.jsat2026@mfu.ac.th. Subject Email: JSAT PANEL PROPOSAL.
Panel proposal formatting requirement
Panel organizer is requested to prepare a panel proposal, following the format below:
- Abstract length: 200–300 words
- Single paragraph format
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: Single
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- File format: .doc or .docx
Additional Note for Panel Proposal
If authors would like their work to be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, the manuscript must follow the official Full Paper Submission Format and Template provided by the conference committee.
4. Poster Presentation Format
Poster presentations should:
- Clearly display the paper title, author(s), and affiliation(s)
- Present the research in a visually clear and concise format
- Be understandable without extensive oral explanation
- Use readable font sizes and balanced visual organization
- Include figures, charts, and visuals where appropriate
- Avoid excessive text and overcrowded design
Poster Size and Layout
Presenters are strongly encouraged to prepare posters in:
- A0 Landscape Format
- Recommended size: 118.9 cm × 84.1 cm
- Landscape orientation required
- Layout should be optimized for TV or monitor display compatibility
- 16:9 visual arrangement is recommended for better screen presentation
File Requirements
- File format: PDF, PNG, or JPG
- Maximum file size: 20 MB
- Recommended layout: A0 Landscape Format
- Final submitted file must match the presentation version displayed during the conference
5. Presentation Guidelines
- Papers and presentations must use the same language.
- Poster presentation submissions must be submitted in a final presentation infographic format.
- Presentation schedules and session grouping will be arranged by the organizing committee.
- Undergraduate (BA) presentation sessions will be arranged separately from graduate and faculty sessions.
Participants are required to submit their abstract, proposal, and full paper through the conference submission system.
